Sun Corner and Queen Elizabeth II Field - Billericay, Essex, CM12 9JZ

Directions

Sun Corner and Queen Elizabeth II Field is well served by local transport routes including road, train and bus from across Essex.
We recommend that local people walk to and from the venue and people coming from further afield either car share or consider using public transport as the road network will be busier than normal, diversions will be in place for some local roads, and parking is limited.

Parking

We are in discussions with NCP to provide us with up to 300 free spaces at Billericay Station Car Park and there will be a further 220 free spaces behind Iceland in the High Street. There is also limited disabled parking available on-site accessible from the Western Road End of London Road.

Buses

The number 100 bus runs between Chelmsford, Galleywood, Stock and Billericay rail station; from the opposite direction, the same service runs from Lakeside, Grays, Stanford-le-Hope, Corringham and Basildon in to Billericay rail station. Please check the full timetable before travelling.

Rail

Billericay rail station, which is close to High Street and a short walk from the Soapbox event, is on the main line between Southend Victoria and London Liverpool Street, with trains stopping frequently at Stratford, Ilford, Seven Kings, Goodmayes, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Gidea Park, Brentwood, Harold Wood and Shenfield; from Southend, the stops include Rochford, Hockley, Rayleigh and Wickford.
